Delivery Policy

Ordering & Delivery Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the item before order. Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings. Most pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be a slight difference from the actual merchandise. Please inquire for Actual Picture if you do have very high expectation on the item you going to purchase. Orders can only be confirmed and executed with full payment according to the actual value placed for the order plus any delivery charges if applicable. We will send confirmation via email for all orders requested. Kindly re-submit order(s) if –submit confirmation is not received. All particulars and information given to us shall be treated as highly confidential. Should a problem arise, you will be contacted via email with an explanation of the problem or should you require more information and the resubmission of order(s), please email us at info@beautility.com.my. Beautility.com.my will not hold responsibility for late or non delivery of the goods in the following circumstances:
	-	The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
	-	The address is incorrect.
	-	Recipient’s telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
	-	Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered and no refunds will be made).
	-	Recipient are at the restricted area such as army camps, airport restricted areas etc at the time of delivery.
	-	Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control.

RE-DIRECT DELIVERY
	-	Should the recipient is not present to receive the delivery; we will make attempts to notify the recipient to collect the purchase at nearest assign courier service center.
	-	For orders where delivery has been attempted, the full price applies.
	-	Any subsequent delivery attempt may subject to additional charges.
	-	For any re-direction or reroute to any new address will subject to a surcharge, based on the re-directed address. Redelivery is only be made if the recipient or the sender agreed to pay the redelivery charge or any product touch-up charges if necessary.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY All deliveries are subject to approval & confirmation of your credit card. The order will only be process upon clearance of payment. In the event of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at the next available date with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect. RIGHT OF REFUSAL Beautility.com.my reserves the right to refuse delivery for courier security issue, and if the customer is order(s) and deliver to oversea. However, in all such cases Beautility.com.my will refund the amount paid by customer in full. DELIVERY HOUR In most cases same day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00pm in the recipient’s time zone Monday through Friday upon clearance of payment, unless specified otherwise. Or will be delivered within 24 hours after payment received. Otherwise the delivery will be made on the next working day. The cut off times for placing orders is at 4pm from Monday to Friday. If the delivery date is on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, the delivery will be made on the next day, or on the first working day after the holidays. The delivery time is base on courier service. If under certain unfortunate circumstances whereby we are unable to fulfill your order, then we would either reverse the credit card transaction, or attempt to fulfill the order again, subject to your preference.All efforts will be made to deliver on the specified date and time as requested by customers. However we will not held responsible for any delay in delivery within a specific date and time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. DELIVERY CHARGES The delivery charges will be base on Kilogram (KG), although the item purchase is less than 1kg, the courier charges still will charges for 1kg. The rate of courier (Domestic Only) as below: Peninsular Malaysia First 20Kg - RM 8.50 Subsequent 1Kg - RM 1.00 East Malaysia (by air only) First 10Kg - RM14.00 (including all taxes) Subsequent 1Kg - RM 1.30 Free delivery will apply if Purchase more than RM200.00 on single orders, (not apply for East Malaysia) except for Equipment. We are not accept online distributor order. Any distributor orders kindly call to our sales office.
